Hi - I'll get right to the point - you guys rock! That Chipotle - Lime was the best smoked salmon I've ever had. I usually order from a company in Alaska that does the retort packaging thing. While it is shelf stable it does have a mild "canned" taste. Not so with yours, I could totally taste the difference. I will certainly recommend you to my fellow caterers. Thanks for the sample!

Dear Kevin,

My husband and I tasted your honey smoked salmon at the Club Culinaire Trade Show held August 29 at the Sofitel Hotel in Los Angeles. We were having special guests from Israel for the Jewish New Year and thought it would be great at the holiday meal.

We were pleased to hear it was available at Costco. We diced some and added it to our Israeli salad (diced tomatoes, Persian cucumber, red onion, Italian parsley, fresh lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil) and it was a bit hit. Everyone loved it.

When my brother and sister in law returned home to Jerusalem, just a few days ago, they began looking for your salmon immediately. So far they can't find it. Is your fish available in Jerusalem, and if so, where?

I spoke with you at the Sysco food show in Billings MT. last week. We love your products here at the club, we use all flavors. Your ideas on using them differently were appreciated. I visited your web page and you show the same passion and energy that I saw from you in Billings.

P.S. You mentioned Tee shirts – my staff is excited about the possibility!
I have 20 staff members and most are large to xxxl.
I would like two for my small children as well, if possible.

I was a regular visitor to your stand - and consumed copious amounts of your wonderful salmon...!!!

It was quite simply amazing - and now 3 weeks on, I can still taste it.

I hope that the show proved successful for you - I am sure that any prospective clients who were fortunate enough to sample the salmon would have no hesitation in placing large orders with you.

You offer a superb product - I wish I could buy it locally here in London.

Mr. Mason......I am a business owner and connoisseur of smoked salmon. I eat it 3 times a week at the very least. Recently, I bought a half pound of your brand and have to say...it is easily the BEST I have ever had in my life. Even better than the fresh stuff sent to me from Alaska by my family. Your recipe is spot on! ; Low oil. low sodium, hot smoked and tastes absolutely divine in both texture and flavor. Two thumbs up and thanks for providing such an excellent product.

You have an outstanding product, I have bought salmon from all around the world, Alaska, Norway, Seattle, Sweden, but your Salmon is bar none the best testing Salmon I have ever tasted. In fact right after I get back from Sea Trade, the very first thing I plan to do is to go to Costco and buy your Salmon.
