I did order some of your chipotle lime smoked salmon. It is good stuff I made " smoked chipotle lime taco's " I think I went through 4 sides in one day !!!!!  It has been the talk of the town since. Hi - I'll get right to the point - you guys rock! That Chipotle - Lime was the best smoked salmon I've ever had. I usually order from a company in Alaska that does the retort packaging thing. While it is shelf stable it does have a mild "canned" taste. Not so with yours, I could totally taste the difference. I will certainly recommend you to my fellow caterers. Thanks for the sample!
