 Recipe:  Eggs Benedict with Honey Smoked Salmon

 
Yield: 1 portion
 
 
Ingredients:
 
2 Poached Eggs
2 oz Honey Smoked Salmon*
1 English Muffin cut in half and toasted
2 oz Hollandaise Sauce
1 oz Cream Cheese
2 slices of Tomato (optional)

 

*You may use any of the Honey Smoked Salmon flavors.

 

 

 
 
   
Method:
 
Poach the eggs soft – make sure a little vinegar is added to the water. Toast the English muffin – top with cream cheese, Honey Smoked Salmon, poached Eggs and Hollandaise Sauce.
