Recipe:  Combo Pepper Steak and Cracked Peppers Salmon

 
Yield: 1 portion
 
 
 
Ingredients:
 
4 oz Beef Tenderloin
3 oz Honey Smoked Salmon – Cracked Peppers*
2 oz Black Peppercorn Sauce
2 oz Mushrooms - sauté
2 oz Sauce Choron
 
 
 
 
*You may substitute with any Honey Smoked Salmon flavor.
 
 
 
 
 
 
   
Method:
 
Grilled Beef Tenderloin place on bed of sautéed Mushrooms.
Warm up Honey Smoked Salmon, top with Sauce Choron (Sauce Bearnaise with Tomatoes).
